Hello, That is possible with console commands. First, you just need to activate the console if you have not. Go to Documents\Eurotruck Simulator 2\. Search the file "config.cfg". Open the config.cfg with some note editor ( eg: notepad++) Look for uset g_developer "0". Look for uset g_console "0". Change both of "0" to "1". It's under one of the top tabs. You will see a check box that says "Use 900 degree rotation" which is checked off for some reason by default. When you check that, a slider that adjust the deg of rotation will pop up.
